A pub classic and favorite high alcohol version of our house witbier.
We used hefty amounts of Pilsner, Wheat, and Oats to build a strong malt base. Lightly hopped to allow the authentic wit yeast character to shine through. We spiced this beer with enormous doses of orange peel, coriander, and chamomile. A high gravity beer that is also easily drinkable.
